1) Any orders placed though the site are considered as a request to purchase and are subject to there being stock available.

 

2) All items are subject to availability.

 

3) Whilst all efforts have been made to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on the website please bear in mind that there may be variations in colour reproduction.

 

4) All prices are correct at time of ordering. However, you may find a different price should you look at the site at a different time.

 

5) We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 15%.

 

6) All orders must be paid for in sterling.

 

7) Jodex accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Switch, subject to a verification.

 

8) When you order by credit card your account is not debited until we have despatched the goods. The name and address on your credit card statement should be the same as the name and address on the order. Please note that for security reasons, we are obliged to cash all cheques on receipt of order.

 

9) Please allow 14 - 28 days for delivery.

 

10) We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
