BACKGROUND. Jodex started trading as a hardware store in Merseyside in 1990. During 2005, we decided to look to the internet as a means of expansion. We were so impressed by the internet community that we decided that this was the best way to present our range of products.
WE NOW KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT DECISION, THANKS TO OUR CUSTOMERS COMMENTS.
We are constantly looking for new and interesting lines and will expand our range on a regular basis, many of our lines are well known branded products.
PLEASE CALL BACK OFTEN TO SEE WHATS NEW.
Customer service is our number one priority. We hold all the products that we sell in stock and aim to dispatch within one working day of recieving payment. Orders paid for by 11.30am are usually dispatched the same day. WE POST EACH DAY, FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
We aim to answer emails within 24 hours and usually a lot quicker. We can be contacted either by email at jodexltd@sky.com or info@jodex.co.uk
We also do our best to solve any problems quickly. We offer a returns policy for any item purchased but not required once delivered - please see returns section below.
Items delivered damaged, or not as described can also be returned for full refund.
PAYMENTS.
ENVIROMENT.
We aim, were possible, to re-cycle all packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, paper, shrink wrap, plastic, etc.
V.A.T.
We are a V.A.T. registered business and V.A.T. is included in all our prices. We will enclose a V.A.T. invoice with your order.
POST & PACKAGING CHARGES.
As well as the actual parcel postage cost, our p+p charges include the cost of packaging materials (padded bags, bubble wrap etc), and the cost involved in storing, picking and packing your order, and V.A.T. Please take into account the p+p charge when deciding to place your order.
To keep postage charges as simple as possible we only have 4 p+p prices which are based on the WEIGHT OF YOUR TOTAL ORDER. These are shown in the shopping basket page. Please select your location to ensure that the postage charge is applicable to you
As we use third party carriers (usually Royal Mail) we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. If your order does not arrive within a few days please enquire at your local Royal Mail delivery office. Postmen often do not leave a card if there is no reply when they try to deliver.
